The Process

  • Step 1: Get In Touch

    The first step is to get in touch, this can be done via email to enquiries@beechill.co.uk, or by phone at 02035765708. We strive to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible. We can then discuss your property and your individual requirements, and find out which service is the right one for you.

  • Step 2: Site Visit

    The next step is to organise a visit to the property, where you can meet our property manager face-to-face. This gives us an opportunity to assess the property, note and consider its features and subsequently generate an informed rental valuation alongside our recommendations to position the property strongly on the market.

  • Step 3: Marketing

    Once a strategy is agreed and Terms of Employment signed, we proceed with preparing the property to market – from a regulatory, practicality and marketing standpoint. The property will be professionally photographed and property particulars created, which will then be marketed on a variety of online platforms and sent to our network of tenants looking.

  • Step 4: Viewings & Referencing

    Once your property listing is live, our team will deal with every and all enquiry in a prompt and polite manner. We will organise and attend all viewings at times suitable for both you and the tenant in situ (if applicable). Once an offer has been agreed with a suitable applicant, we will carry out comprehensive referencing and secure the deposit.

  • Step 5: Move In & Management

    Before the tenants move in we carry out an inventory checklist and attend to the key handover in person at the property. Now the tenancy is set up we collect the rent and provide you with monthly rental statements. We provide tenants with a personal concierge service, sand communicate swiftly when maintenance issues arise. We will carry out inspections quarterly.
