We consider projects throughout London, though are particularly interested in Harringay, specifically the roads on the Harringay ladders.

We are actively seeking development opportunities across a range of residential property types. Our primary interest lies in detached, semi-detached, and terraced houses. We also have an interest in ground floor flats if they meet our investment criteria.

A key requirement is the tenure, with a strong preference for properties that are either freehold or offer a share of freehold. Crucially, we focus on properties that present a clear scope to add significant value. This includes assets where uplift can be achieved through securing planning permission for extension or conversion, as well as properties requiring substantial modernisation or refurbishment.
